Chief Executive Officer & Board Member
Mark Seeley has nearly 30 years of experience as a strategic business executive and entrepreneur. Having founded and co-founded five companies across varying industries - including software, ecommerce, logistics, and real estate - Mark's passion is helping companies succeed by maximizing the business value of IT. As CEO of Intellinet, he is responsible for leading the Intellinet leadership team as well as serving as an executive strategist for creating impactful client solutions.
Since joining Intellinet in 1996, Mark has served in a variety of strategic business development and leadership roles. Mark assumed the role of CEO in 2010 and has led the firm's transformation, earning recognition through over 30 awards for company culture, technology solutions, and company growth. Prior to joining Intellinet, Mark served as a senior management and process consultant at Andersen Consulting where he specialized in business process optimization and data integration solutions.
Mark earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He serves on the advisory board of New Story, as a leader in its Architect Program. Mark is also a founding underwriter of the Georgia CIO Leadership Association (GCLA) and a member of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), and High Tech Ministries. He resides in Marietta, GA with his wife and three children.
Chief Financial Officer
Brian Benson, Intellinet's chief financial officer, has 30 years of experience in all phases of financial management including financial reporting and planning, internal control and risk assessment, taxation, employee benefits, acquisitions, and other specialized accounting areas. As a member of the leadership team, Brian is responsible for the internal operations of the company including Finance, Legal, and Human Resources.
Brian joined Intellinet in 2006 and initiated a series of
accounting and financial management policies, practices, and scorecards,
providing the vision and acumen that positioned the organization and helped it
achieve significant growth. In 2013 he was recognized by the Atlanta Business
Chronicle as a CFO of the Year Award Finalist. Prior to joining Intellinet,
Brian served as director of finance for Manhattan Associates, Inc. During his
14-year tenure he assisted in the growth and development of the organization
from 10 people and $1 million in annual revenue to over 2,000 employees and
$250 million in annual revenue, all without accruing debt.
Originally from Southern California, Brian
graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. He currently resides in Sandy
Springs with his wife and their two children
Executive Vice President, Operations
Michael Lignos has nearly 30 years of experience in the IT industry. As executive vice president of operations, he oversees the operations of Intellinet's consulting, sales, and IT functions. Michael also works closely with key clients to help support their business needs by developing and ensuring successful delivery of value-providing solutions. Michael joined Intellinet in 2008 and has held progressive leadership positions including practice management and consulting leadership.
Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Michael holds a BS in Chemistry from Millsaps College and an MBA from the University of Georgia. He is active in the community through Hands on Atlanta and serves as the Chairman for the Atlanta Cathedral Greek Festival. He has also participated in several medical mission trips to Nicaragua. Michael resides in Atlanta with his wife and son.
Vice President, Human Resources
Erin Woodard is an HR leader with over 14 years' strategic HR experience in key areas of HR such as employee engagement, culture, leadership development, diversity & inclusion, change management, communication, talent management, organizational design, and partnering with senior executives. As Vice President of Human Resources, Erin is responsible for leading the company's strategic focus on engagement, culture, diversity & inclusion, career development, HR process/policy, talent acquisition, corporate communications, and total rewards to ensure Intellinet remains a place our employees are proud to work. Prior to joining Intellinet in 2021, Erin served in progressive HR Business Partner roles and strategic HR leadership roles across a broad range of industries.
Erin earned her undergraduate degree from the University of
Georgia and earned her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Georgia
State University. She lives in the West Midtown area of Atlanta with her
husband, young son, and their two dogs.
Steve Roux is an experienced entrepreneur, executive leader, and strategic business advisor. His passion for people and technology fuels his commitment to ensuring excellent outcomes for clients through high performing teams. He is deeply involved with ongoing research of emerging technologies, organizational change readiness, and organizational health. Steve joined Intellinet in 2015 with the merger of Intellinet and Innovative Computer Systems (ICS), a 25-year company he founded in 1989. Under his leadership, ICS became the a premier technology provider in the Northeast and received numerous Microsoft excellence awards, including Partner of the Year. Before founding ICS, Steve worked in the insurance and finance industry as a software architect, application developer and network engineer for Aetna and CIGNA.
Steve holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut, where he specialized in managerial economics and business strategy. Steve currently resides in Farmington, CT with his wife and three sons.
Vice President, Marketing
As Intellinet's vice president of marketing, Laura Albini is responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy across a variety of initiatives. She leads Intellinet's demand generation strategy, sales enablement material development, online presence, public relations initiatives, and supports internal communications. In 2021, Laura took on an expanded role within the FPT family of companies and additionally serves as head of marketing for FPT Americas.
Laura earned both her BBA in Marketing and her MBA at the University of Georgia. She resides in Roswell, Georgia with her husband and their young twins.

Dang Tran Phuong
Intellinet Chairman & CEO of FPT Americas
Dang Tran Phuong currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of FPT Americas.
Since joining FPT in 2004, Phuong has held several management positions such as Division Leader, Vice Group Leader, Delivery Manager in FPT Software's Strategic Unit for the U.S. market, as well as an Account Manager of the company's key accounts in Aviation and Logistics Industry. During his tenure, Phuong remarkably drove sales growth of key accounts as well as transformed a small team of software engineers who work for our client- the world leading airplane manufacturer, to a group of more than 350 people.
In 2016, Phuong was took the position of FPT USA's Chief Delivery Officer. Together with the former CEO of FPT USA, he has significantly contributed to the re-structuring process of the organization. On September 1, 2017, Phuong was appointed to serve as FPT Americas' CEO, where he focuses on the people, technology and customers to enable FPT Americas to continuously grow in the next coming years.
Intellinet Board Member & Executive Vice President and Business Head of FPT Americas
Alwyn Joseph is an entrepreneurial P&L leader with over 15 years of experience in building businesses and markets from scratch to multi-million dollar profitable portfolios and leading cross functional teams to success. Alwyn currently serves as Executive Vice President and Business Head at FPT Software, a $2B leading digital transformation provider. In this capacity he leads the P&L and is focused on driving significant growth in revenue, profits, capabilities, and people. Prior to joining FPT in 2015 he served in various leadership roles at ITC Infotech and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He received his degree from the College of Engineering, Guindy and has completed the executive management program in Strategy and Innovation at MIT.
Bui Hoang Tung
Intellinet Board Member & Chief Strategy Officer of FPT Software
Bui Hoang Tung currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer of FPT and Chairman of Intellinet. Tung was one of FPT's pioneers to spearhead the corporation’s globalization strategy as early as the year 2000. From 2003 to 2007, Tung led the Sales & Marketing department of FPT Software and directed the company expansion to the Japan and Singapore markets. In 2008, he was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of FPT USA.
Tung successfully built a strong foundation for FPT USA enabling the US market to be one of FPT Software's most important markets.
Nguyen Khai Hoan
Intellinet Board Member & Chief Finance Officer, Vice President of FPT Software
Nguyen Khai Hoan currently serves as CFO and VP of FPT Software. Hoan graduated from the Academy of Finance under the Government of Federal Republic of Russia in 1999 and successfully obtained a Ph.D. degree in economics, specializing in investment at the Institute of economics under the Academy of Sciences of the Russian Federation in 2003. In the same year, he joined FPT as a specialist in the Accounting and Finance Department.
From 2004 to 2005, he was appointed Chief Accountant of FPT Software, a subsidiary of FPT Corporation. In 2005, he was named CFO of FPT Software, responsible for supervising and operating accounting and finance activities of FPT Software in Vietnam as well as branches and offices in foreign countries including Japan, USA, Asia Pacific region and Europe.
