Founder & Chairman
In 1993, Frank Bell founded Intellinet with the idea that promises kept are the most powerful competitive advantage possible. For 20 years, Intellinet has provided consulting and software development technology services to many of the most familiar names in business, as well as earned recognition for helping executives succeed by providing measurable bottom-line results. Frank builds strategic relationships as an influential civic leader and cultivates a values-based corporate culture by helping others achieve their goals through teamwork and accountability.
Frank began his career as a financial analyst with real estate developer Carter, but soon discovered his real passion was in the emerging field of technology. Frank launched Intellinet from his Peachtree Road apartment with a vision for helping businesses use technology to improve operations, and ever since Intellinet has continued to help clients create business value through innovative technology solutions. Intellinet distinguishes itself by fulfilling promises to clients through world-class technical expertise, a focus on client service and an unwavering commitment to inviolable company core values.
Frank is involved in many civic and industry organizations, including founding the Georgia CIO Leadership Association (GCLA), presenter of the annual Georgia CIO of the Year Awards. He has served on Microsoft Partner Advisory Councils, the Board of Advisors to the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Buckhead Coalition, Young Presidents Organization (YPO), and the High Tech Prayer Breakfast Host Committee. He has served as a Trustee of Wesleyan School, a founding director of the Private Bank of Buckhead, and on the Stetson University Business School board, where he earned his bachelor's degree in marketing. Frank resides in Roswell, Georgia with his wife Amy and their five children.
Chief Executive Officer
Mark Seeley has over 20 years of experience as a strategic business executive and entrepreneur. Having founded and co-founded five companies across varying industries - including software, ecommerce, logistics, and real estate - Mark's passion is helping companies succeed by maximizing the business value of IT. As CEO of Intellinet, he is responsible for establishing the company's vision, strategy and objectives, as well as serving as an executive strategist for creating innovative client solutions.
Since joining Intellinet in 1996, Mark has served in a variety of strategic business development and leadership roles. Most recently, his responsibilities included developing Intellinet's go-to-market strategy and operational readiness plan, as well as direct management of strategic client accounts ranging from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial start-ups. Prior to joining Intellinet, Mark served as a senior management and process consultant at Andersen Consulting where he specialized in business process optimization and data integration solutions.
Mark earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He serves on the board of New Story as the lead of its Architect Program. Mark is also a board member of the Georgia CIO Leadership Association (GCLA) and a member of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), The MIT Enterprise Forum, and High Tech Ministries. He resides in Marietta, GA with his wife and three children.
Chief Financial Officer
Brian Benson, Intellinet's chief financial officer, has over 20 years of experience in all phases of financial management including financial reporting and planning, internal control and risk assessment, taxation, employee benefits, acquisitions, and other specialized accounting areas. As a member of the senior leadership team, Brian is responsible for the internal operations of the company including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Internal Technology.
Brian joined Intellinet in 2006 and initiated a series of accounting and financial management policies, practices, and scorecards, providing the vision and acumen to position the organization for growth. In 2013 he was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as a CFO of the Year Award Finalist. Prior to joining Intellinet, Brian served as director of finance for Manhattan Associates, Inc. During his 14-year tenure he assisted in the growth and development of the organization from 10 people and $1 million in annual revenue to over 2,000 employees and $250 million in annual revenue, all without accruing debt.
Originally from Southern California, Brian graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. He currently resides in Sandy Springs with his wife and their two children.
President, Northeast District
As president of Intellinet's Northeast District, Steve Roux is responsible for leading rapid growth in the Northeast and managing the local team. In addition, he holds corporate responsibility for Intellinet's strategic alliance and strategy with Microsoft across all geographies. Steve joined Intellinet in 2015 with the merger of Intellinet and Innovative Computer Systems (ICS), a 25yr company he founded in 1989. Under his leadership, ICS became the a premier technology provider in the Northeast and received numerous Microsoft excellence awards, including Partner of the Year. Before founding ICS, Steve worked in the insurance and finance industry as a software architect, application developer and network engineer for Aetna and CIGNA.
Steve maintains an active hand with many client engagements and is a frequent contributor to industry articles and conferences. He is deeply involved with ongoing research of existing and emerging technology to pick best of breed products and services. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut, where he specialized in managerial economics and business strategy. Steve currently resides in Farmington, CT with his wife and three sons.
Executive Vice President, Consulting
Michael Lignos has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. As executive vice president of consulting, he oversees the operations of Intellinet's full consulting practice. Michael joined Intellinet in 2008 and is currently responsible for leading Intellinet's managing consultants, delivering service excellence, and ensuring alignment with the company vision.
Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Michael holds a BS in Chemistry from Millsaps College and an MBA from the University of Georgia. He is active in the community through Hands on Atlanta and serves as the Chairman for the Atlanta Cathedral Greek Festival. He has also participated in several medical mission trips to Nicaragua. Michael resides in Atlanta with his wife and son.
Senior Vice President, Business Development
Chris Saltz, Intellinet's senior vice president of business development, has over 20 years of experience in strategy/process and technology consulting, sales, sales management and executive leadership. Chris joined Intellinet in 2005 and holds primary responsibility for leading the strategy and operations of Intellinet's sales team across all regions, equipping and aligning their ability to completely serve the needs of our enterprise and corporate clients across the business/technology spectrum.
Originally from Hendersonville, North Carolina, Chris attended King College, in Bristol, Tennessee; relocating to Atlanta to complete his degree in Visual Communications at the Art Institute of Atlanta. Outside of his professional interests, Chris is a member of High Tech Ministries (an HTM Ambassador Alum), and enjoys coaching youth travel baseball. He and his wife and three children reside in Dacula, Georgia.
Vice President, Marketing
As Intellinet's vice president of marketing, Laura Albini is responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy across a variety of initiatives. She manages Intellinet's lead development strategy, sales enablement activities, event program, online presence, and public relations initiatives. Under her leadership, Intellinet was recognized in 2013 with Microsoft's Southeast Marketing Excellence Award. Since joining Intellinet in 2005, Laura has been actively involved in supporting the Georgia CIO Leadership Association (GCLA) and currently serves on the Underwriter board of the association.
Laura earned both her BBA in Marketing and her MBA at the University of Georgia. She resides in Roswell, Georgia with her husband and their young twins.
Director, Human Resources
As director of human resources, Erin Glynn is responsible for the design and implementation of all human resources strategies, policies, and processes, as well as Intellinet's overall talent acquisition and retention strategy. Since joining Intellinet in 2010, Erin has lead a variety of initiatives that contributed to Intellinet receiving numerous national and regional "Best Places to Work" awards.
Erin earned her bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern University and is certified by SHRM in Essentials of HR Management. She actively participates in technology user groups, Women in Technology events, and has been on the planning committee for SQL Saturday Atlanta and SharePoint Saturday Atlanta since 2011. Erin currently resides in Peachtree Corners, GA where she enjoys spending time with her daughter, playing tennis, soccer and enjoying the outdoors.
Vice President, Application Solutions
Ahmed Abdalla is an accomplished IT Professional with over 17 years of experience implementing numerous technologies to meet evolving, complex business demands. He possesses extensive technical knowledge of object oriented analysis and design, relational data modeling, development methodologies, and the software development life cycle (SDLC). Ahmed joined Intellinet in 2012 and is responsible for providing application strategy oversight to clients and leading a team focused on mobile, cloud, data, and application solutions.
Ahmed holds a BA in Economics & Business Administration from The American University in Cairo and an MBA from Georgia State University. He currently resides with his family in Sandy Springs, GA where he is an avid mountain biker and scuba diver.
Vice President, Platform Solutions
As vice president of Intellinet's platform solutions practice, Chad Cooper is responsible for providing strategic oversight for client initiatives as well as leading a team focused on delivering cloud, infrastructure, systems management, and security solutions. Chad joined Intellinet in 2005 and has contributed to Intellinet's migration of over 250,000 seats to the cloud.
Chad earned his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from North Georgia College and State University. He currently resides in Cumming, GA.
Vice President, Business Solutions
Garth Hamilton is a highly accomplished, business focused technology executive with over 25 years of experience in business management, strategic planning, domestic and international team leadership, program management, and project management. Prior to joining Intellinet in 2014, he successfully served in numerous leadership positions including Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, Mohawk Flooring, and Liquid Analytics. As Intellinet's vice president of business solutions, Garth is responsible for leading a team of former executives and veteran consultants to provide IT strategy, business transformation and business process solutions for a variety of industries.
Garth earned his bachelor's degree in information systems from the University of South Africa. He currently resides in Acworth, GA with his wife and 2 sons, and they enjoy spending time playing golf, hiking, boating, and enjoying the outdoors.
General Manager, Carolinas
David Frost has over 30 years of experience in the consulting and IT industries. As the Carolinas general manager based in Charlotte, he is responsible for Intellinet’s overall business in the region and the delivery of management consulting solutions that drive business transformations for Intellinet's clients. Prior to joining Intellinet in 2016, David held a variety of executive leadership positions at technology and Big Four consulting firms including Skytap, Deloitte, Planalytics, PWC, and KPMG.
David earned his bachelor's degree from The University of Manchester. He currently resides in Charlotte, NC.
New England Region
Vice President, Application Solutions
Steve Pellegatto has over 25 years of business consulting experience, deep technical knowledge of the Microsoft product line, and is well-respected for his visionary talent. As an expert in relational database design and architecture, Steve has designed and deployed large data warehouse systems for the legal and medical professions as well as manufacturing shop floor systems and financial services analysis applications. As vice president of application solutions, Steve is responsible for providing application strategy oversight to clients and leading a team focused on mobile, cloud, data, and application solutions. He is heavily involved at the customer level as a strategist, architect, business analyst, and occasionally rolls up his sleeves to do some coding.
Steve joined Intellinet in 2015 with the merger of Intellinet and Innovative Computer Systems (ICS), a company in which he co-owned. During his time at ICS, he originated an idea ahead of its time to architect and develop a business object framework using Microsoft.NET technologies. Steve is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He currently resides in Glastonbury, CT with his wife and four children.
Vice President, Managed Solutions
As vice president of managed solutions, Lauren Perrotti-Verboven is responsible for leading Intellinet’s Microsoft-centric managed solutions practice and a team focused on helping to maximize IT investments by providing proactive and predictable problem resolutions. Lauren joined Intellinet in 2015 with the merger of Intellinet and Innovative Computer Systems (ICS) and brings with her over 20 years over leadership and operations expertise.
Lauren earned her bachelor's degree from Eastern Connecticut State University. She currently resides in Columbia, CT with her family.
Vice President, Platform Solutions
As vice president of platform solutions in the Northeast, Andrej Zdravkovic is responsible for leading a team of consultants focused on public, hybrid, and private cloud integrations; identity and mobility; security; Microsoft Azure; unified communications, System Center; and Office 365 platforms and services. He actively partners with clients to provide guidance around systems' architecture, design, and implementation. As both a Microsoft vTSP and VTA, Andrej works directly with the Microsoft product and technical teams to provide premier design, best practices deployment and support, delivering higher value from technology investments.
Andrej joined Intellinet in 2015 with the merger of Intellinet and Innovative Computer Systems (ICS), and brings with him over 18 years of leadership and technology expertise. Andrej graduated from University of Sussex with a BA in International Relations. He currently resides in Simsbury, CT with his family.
