INTELLINET JOINS THE PLURAL ALLIANCE PROGRAM

Microsoft Focused IT Professional Services Firms Join Forces

Atlanta, Ga. (October 2, 2001) - Plural, Inc., one of the largest Microsoft-focused information technology professional service firms in the US, today announced that Intellinet, one of the Southeast's premiere Microsoft-based business technology services firms has joined the Plural Alliance program. This program strengthens the competitive positioning and delivery capabilities of both Plural and Intellinet by cooperatively marketing their solution development and integration services.

The Plural Alliance program integrates resources from leading Microsoft solution provider partners in key geographic regions. By combining their technical skills and industry expertise, Plural and its alliance partners provide their clients with a broader set of services and greater geographic coverage.

"Today's technology imperatives and current economic times are placing new demands on information technology services firms with regard to how they sell and deliver their services. The Plural Alliance program is an innovative approach for Microsoft solution providers to better serve customers," said Paul Bazley, Vice President of US Enterprise and Partner Sales, Microsoft Corporation.

Atlanta-based Intellinet brings to the Plural alliance expertise in the development and implementation of infrastructure and business intelligence solutions. Recognized as a Microsoft Southeast District Partner of the Year, Intellinet has served more than 100 clients over the past 12 months and has long been known for its deep expertise in Microsoft's Enterprise Server products, such as Microsoft Exchange. The firm's blue chip clientele includes Worldspan, Cox Communications, and Siemens Energy and Automation.

"More than just its technical expertise, Intellinet is known as a trusted technology partner to its clients, and therefore is an ideal participant in the Plural Alliance program," said Neil Isford, President and CEO of Plural. "Intellinet will help us to accelerate our reach into the Southeast, as well as broaden our capabilities in the areas of infrastructure and business intelligence, while our combined Microsoft expertise overall will enrich the services we offer our clients." Plural's clientele includes CSFB, Carnival Cruise Lines, FleetBoston Financial, Nasdaq, Priceline.com, Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers, the State of Georgia, and Qwest.

Intellinet CEO Frank Bell adds, "In turn, we will leverage Plural's deep financial services industry knowledge. This partnership will also allow Intellinet to leverage Plural's national presence and focus."

Oakland, California-based Terrace Consulting is also a member of Plural's alliance program, serving the San Francisco Bay Area marketplace, and leveraging Terrace's Microsoft expertise and deep knowledge within the insurance industry.
