Southeast's Most Highly Certified Microsoft Consulting Firm Acquires Information Technology Enterprises in Charlotte, North Carolina

Atlanta (March 4, 2003) - Intellinet, the Southeast's most highly certified Microsoft consulting firm, today announced that it has expanded its presence in the Carolinas market with the acquisition of Information Technology Enterprises (ITE). ITE is a Microsoft Certified Partner headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The combined companies have successfully completed over 75 migrations for customers to Microsoft Windows 2000 and Exchange 2000 in the past two years. ITE also accelerates Intellinet's services in the Carolinas with a record of success implementing solutions for over 150 customers and vertical expertise in the financial services, manufacturing and retail industries.
