As Intellinet’s manager of recruiting, Michael Dal Cerro is responsible for the overall talent acquisition strategy for Intellinet’s greatest asset – its people. His responsibilities span across full lifecycle recruitment, employment branding, college relations, affiliate management and vendor relations.

Mr. Dal Cerro has over 12 years of experience in the technology and management consulting industry, 10 of which primarily focused on the recruitment of human capital. Before joining Intellinet, Mr. Dal Cerro led recruiting and human resource management of Application Partners, an Atlanta-based enterprise performance management (EPM) consulting firm. Prior to that, he served as a senior recruiter at Spherion where he was awarded Global Technology Recruiter of the Year. Before Spherion, he was a senior recruiter at Whittman-Hart supporting regional expansion across the greater southeast United States.

Mr. Dal Cerro is well connected across the Microsoft community and extended ecosystem. He is also very passionate about living out Intellinet’s core value of Service through his support of several non-profit organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and High Tech Ministries and is a member of local and national trade associations including Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and the Human Capital Institute. Mr. Dal Cerro lives in Roswell, Georgia with his wife and two children where they are active members of Fellowship Bible Church.
